Return & Exchange Policy
Our top priority at UP Rescue NC2 is finding loving homes for our animals. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, and we are here to help. If you are not completely satisfied with your new companion, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange policy. Simply contact us within 14 days of adoption and we will work with you to find a better match. Please note that adoption fees are non-refundable.
